- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Honestly shop around rockford first. When I walked in I felt as they thought I wasn't good enough for the store. Two months after the time they said my ring should be done I hadn't gotten a phone call or email so I called them. Come to find out my ring wasn't even completed and I had to fight to get a refund. We have boughten other jewellery from that we love. Liz, one of the associate, is amazing we worked with her the most but everybody there seems kind.
