  I have gone two different times in the last two weeks to renew my driver license and had disappointing results. First time I called ahead to find out hours etc and went immediately. I left work early and when I arrived I was told that computers were down and had been down for over an hour. I told the gentleman I just called and he did not inform me and he said that it was him I talked to on phone but I did not ask him about computers. Today I went during my lunch hour. There is not one bit of customer service. It is obvious they are too busy to care. People are herded in an area after taking a number but no human even bothers with eye contact. It is without a doubt a job for the staff they do but very very slowly and it is not a concern to any of them how long people would have to wait. That is the least of their concern. I was there today for 20 minutes and I watched two people and only two people get waited on. There was a man standing behind a cashier sign and he did nothing except talk with a colleague while a room full of people sat and waited for their number to be called. Only a state job would allow for this type of delivery of service and remain in business. I work for a non profit and by no means would I tolerate this total lack of concern for people walking in the door. A manager is needed and business needs to get in touch with what customer needs. I give this facility an F. I will drive miles in order not to go back.
