  When I moved to Illinois it took me multiple trips to get my residency changed over. First time was my fault I didn't know all of the documentation needed, they told me , and I returned another day to find they had told me the incorrect documentation needed. Went back the third time and got my residency changed... without them even looking at the documentation I brought other than to look at the address that was on it. Also I was stuck behind people for 15 minutes at the information desk because she was incapable of explaining something simple to the people. Furthermore, probably the most irritating part is that this facility has never answered the phone when I've called, minimum 10 calls since living here. I had to call the express center in Roscoe just to ask them a question on behalf of the Rockford facility

  Much like most IL state "services", this place is a total joke. Its stupid slow, The employees dont care about you, The stupid little "registration stickers" are ridiculously over priced. Everything you hear about the sterotypical DMV is true. I hope that gangster "Jesse White" gets removed once we Make Illinois Great Again!

  If I had the option of entering zero stars I would. This facility is so unorganized. For being a part of the government wouldn't you think they would answer the damn phones? Hell no. If you're put on hold you will stay on hold FORVER. I called back once 10 times after they hung up on me and still no one answered the phone. I've never been inside of this facility but I am glad I haven't been. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

  Carl (Middle age, African American male) is a complete tool, desperately in need of retraining. The other two people I interacted with were nice, but wow, Carl was rude. Not just to me either - he was condescending and short with almost everyone else as well - especially the older Asian couple that came in and had trouble articulating what they needed. Carl, if you're reading this, you should go get a job in construction or a factory. You would make substantially more money, and treating other people like garbage would be perfectly acceptable. As it stands, I am amazed that anyone can be stupid or arrogant enough to treat others as you do on a massive scale, in a customer service position. I would be embarrassed and ashamed to be seen in public if I acted like you do.

  I have never been to a workplace where the employees clearly do not enjoy their jobs. Only one person was in a good mood. Kudos to her! This place needs a makeover! Not to mention we were there for 2 1/2 hours for a road test......
