  They found my resume on a job website and called me for an interview. I told the lady that called that I was not interested but she insisted on me going and discussing about this "interesting" field. After setting up a date and an hour, I have received 1 phone call and 2 e-mails stating that I was supposed to get there 15 minutes earlier than the discussed time. I got there at the time initially agreed (because I was busy working at my current job) and there was no interview but a company and job presentation. The participants (about 15) were already introducing themselves by the time I made it to the meeting room, I was skipped from that part even though they were not done when I got in. Then, there was a whole pledge for not wasting their time if not interested in their business. Overall, I lost my time with something I was not interested in just to have their room filed and probably help them feel better about themselves. Awful experience and management.

  I spent alot of time, money and energy getting liscensed, and trained to get this job. Our leads were old and used up, we might as well have opened a phone book and called people. Leadership and upper management was terrible. I don't know anyone who still works there. Policies were too expensive too sell and compensation was too little for effort. I had policies cancel after I left and the company is trying to get money back from ME for it. I was also supposed to be reimbursed $250 after my first 90 days, that was a lie. Was supposed to get my 10% "holdback" returned 6 months after I left. It was not. If you are a customer or potential insurance agent, run the other direction!
