- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It's fine if you want to drive there, but I dare you to get someone to answer the phone. The main number actually rings busy, or answers and the recording says no one is available, please call later. Try Cherry Valley or the other post offices in Rockford........a human answers on first ring. Unfortunately, Harrison is the post office for my area. Worthless.By Choco Gibbins, July 06, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Scheduled redelivery and was home and mailman didn't even attempt to deliver. I was on hold 45 minutes to file a complaint. They gave me a number to call which there was no answer. This is twice I have been home when my mailman left a note in the mailbox he wasnt able to deliver! Who is the general manager of the Rockford Post offices?By Vicki Kielar, May 10, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆While the staff inside are very courteous, and I have no complaints regarding them, the delivery staff are terrible. This afternoon I heard my doorbell ring, and upon getting up and checking the door found no one and nothing there. About 5 minutes later I received a notification stating that my package couldn't be delivered due to no one being home or no access to the door. The delivery person rang my bell and walked away.
