- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Failed to change the lien holder when given the paperwork. Then manager takes a break 20 min before end of the shift. What??? The state sat on my title waiting for an updated address for a lien holder. THERE IS NO LIEN HOLDER. And they never notified me they needed information. Waited 2 months and I have to do additional work for their mistakes. And then they want to charge me again for them not submitting the paperwork correctly. Carl the manager is unintelligent.
